Cheese and Bacon Turkey Breast with Salad
20g Grated Mozarella (2 WW Points)
3 Bacon Medallions (1 WW Point)
3 Mini Turkey Breast Fillets
Green Beans
Salt, Pepper, Garlic to taste
low cal spray
Garlic Cheese:
25g Dairylea Spread (2 WW points)
3 Pinch Garlic Powder (or equivalent)
2 tsp Water
Generous amount of parsley
1) In a small bowl, mix the Garlic Cheese Ingredients together until well mixed, should be just the other side of runny.
2) In a small glass dish, layer the Turkey Breast Fillets, Spoon the garlic mixture over them, and then top with the Bacon Medallions, before sprinkling with Mozarella Cheese
3) Cook in the middle of a pre heated oven for 20-22 Minutes @ 180C
4) 15 Minutes into cooking time, spray a small frying pan with 1 cal spray, wait for it to heat up then add the Green Beans and season as required
5) Add your choice of side salad and enjoy.
